Part Time HR Manager 

Due to growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our firm. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures focused on employee engagement. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to suit a dynamic team of 45 professionals.
  • Oversee staff training and development programs.
  • Oversee staff performance and evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Running onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Supporting the Finance/Payroll Manager regarding staff remuneration.
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S and other legal obligations.
  • Supporting the management of employee conflict resolution.

Skills and Experience

In a highly people-focused role, the HR Manager will need:

  • Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Are up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business is required together with 10+ years’ experience in a professional services environment.
