About the role
The Instructional Designer- HI will apply learning design principles to craft experiences that are highly aligned to expectations and needs of needs of learners (employees and leaders) in Health Insurance.The focus of the role will be to design and develop experiences which are innovative and aligned to the needs of the HI workforce. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and capabilities in an effective and appealing manner.
Your background
You will be an experienced Instructional Designer with an interest and with experience in designing engaging digital learning solutions for our Health Insurance division.
You will be experienced in most major digital publishing tools (e.g. Captivate, Articulate, Photoshop) and have produced voice overs and infographics. Animation experience is desireable.
You will be/have:-
- Demonstrable experience as a Learning/ Instructional Designer or equivalent
- Experience using LMS systems such as Saba
- Experience designing or curating learning content for classroom learning, blended learning (use of e-learning in classroom) and leader-led learning
- Experience designing or curating content for a variety of audiences including front line employees and leaders as well as diverse learners
- A strong design eye with experience creating engaging collateral, e-learning and animation content
- Project management experience and the ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a deadline drive environment
- Proven ability to build highly-effective consultative and collaborative relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
