THE ORGANISATION 
Our client operates in the banking and finance industry and they are currently looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months initially. You will be working in an in-house talent acquisition team of 6 and you will be responsible for end to end recruitment across corporate functions and you will also focus on the IT portfolio. This role is full-time, based in Sydney CBD and paying up to $130,000 annual salary package. 

THE ROLE
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with your team in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will help drive a partnership model and provide regular consultation to your key clients. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment for the corporate sector, 70% IT recruitment, and 30% across other functions. This is a busy, hands-on recruitment based role with strong involvement in end to end recruitment, stakeholder management, delivery and strategic pipelining. 

THE CRITERIA 
To be considered for this role you must have at least 5 + years experience, ideally with a background in agency and internal recruitment. Experience working in an RPO is not essential but will be highly regarded. You will have a strong background in IT recruitment and you will bring a strong consultative approach to recruitment. You must be passionate about talent acquisition and bring the drive to deliver and be visible across the business.
