What’s to love about this role?
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will join the national HR function, looking after a key client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking on a leadership role for day-to-day operational activities;
- Working as an escalation point for the HR Advisors;
- Working with recruitment to identify current gaps and possible initiatives;
- Assisting the Safety Advisor to identify trends and reduce injuries;
- Analysing data to evaluate performance and establish proactive performance improvement strategies;
- Partner with three national client groups; and
- Work alongside the Head of HR on strategic projects including workforce planning.
This role will give you the opportunity to be actively involved in a high performing team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have exposure to interesting projects including systems improvement and involvement in change and transformation.

You will have demonstrated operational experience across the full generalist remit coupled with team leadership capability. It would be advantageous if you have come from a retail, hospitality or customer service background working across a medium to large, national business.
