As People & Performance Advisor - National Office and People Programs, you will provide frontline support and assistance to leaders in Marketing, Finance and National Operations and will coordinate our learning and development and people programs to support business performance and cultural change aligned with the Company's vision. The role has responsibilities for supporting and coordinating leadership development programs, Employee Engagement survey, internal communications and will act as the first point of contact for the resolution of generalist human resources enquiries and issues including partnering with functions to assist with their recruitment needs, provide guidance on ER issues and coaching leaders through the onboarding and offboarding of team members.
To be successful in this role you will need to develop sound understanding of the business requirements and through effective support, advice and coaching you deliver P&P solutions across these teams.
You are an effective communicator with sound analytical and problem solving abilities, possessing an eagerness to develop your HR skills and to contribute across the Tip Top people and performance team.
Your completed tertiary qualifications are most likely in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or Business and you will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in an HR entry level / assistant role.
