Very reputable market leader in the property investment sector needs your HR Generalist skills, together with your fluency in Chinese to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment and selection support including advertisements, interviews and reference checks;
• Facilitating employee on boarding, engagement and separation;
• Coordinating contracts, engagements and separations;
• Providing HR advice to employees and management as required; and
• Assisting with maintaining and updating accurate records and HR reporting.
• Development of HR policies

For this role you will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in HR or a field of HR; and
• HR or Business-related qualifications
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills both in Mandarin and English
• Good understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Agreements
• Experience with Recruitment and Selection Methods
