The Role

An incredible opportunity has become available for a highly driven and customer focused People & Culture Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This role is pitched for someone with strong experience in a HR Shared Services environment, a passion for continual improvement and building their career with Amatil.

You will have the capability to resolve customer queries, providing high levels of customer service and advice while managing time and prioritising issues.  You will have experience in identifying opportunities to address systemic issues or problems to improve services and processes ultimately improving the experience our people have with our People & Culture team. 

Reporting to the People & Culture Service Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide service and advice to employees and line managers on all matters relating to People and Culture including policies, systems, processes.
  • Action all queries/requests in a consistent, professional and timely manner in line with agreed standards
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders including line management across the business to build trust and an understanding of business needs
  • Identify process improvements and assist in the development of solutions to continuously improve customer service, ensure low error rates and provide early resolution of problems
  • Identify gaps in knowledgebase/P&C content and work with CoEs to improve self-service options
  • Act as an ambassador for the Amatil Values of being straightforward and open, taking the initiative and owning the outcome and focusing on today and tomorrow.

In this role you will work closely with key business stakeholders across all facets of the organisation as we strive to provide the most efficient, value-add People & Culture customer experience possible.  This role works in a team environment, assisting and complementing the work of others in ensuring that the customer receives the best service possible.

About You

We are offering an opportunity to be involved in high visibility projects and we are looking to bring on board a passionate, highly organised, straight forward, and resilient individual.

Additionally, you will be:

  • A degree qualified in Human Resources or equivalent discipline is preferred
  • Experience working within a HR Shared Services environment is essential
  • Demonstrated commitment to deliver customer service and continual improvement in service delivery
  • Knowledge of process mapping and designing processes is highly desired
  • Superior ability to communicate effectively at all levels including senior leaders within the business
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate and influence a large group of internal/external stakeholders
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to manage a range of concurrent tasks with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to learn and effectively use a broad range of platforms/systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow preferred)
  • High level of expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
