As part of the Corporate Services division that provides support across the group, the HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources Department supported by a team of four staff.

Our client is a Not For Profit organisation within the medical space employing approximately 400 people.
Description
As part of the Corporate Services division that provides support across the group, the HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources Department supported by a team of four staff.
You will work across the organisation on mix of industrial instruments including Award, Enterprise Agreement and Common Law Contracts. The breadth of the role involves regulatory compliance; employee and industrial relations; attraction and retention of staff; as well as the full breadth of HR functions and activities (excluding payroll). Since it is a geographically dispersed organisation with bases located in several locations throughout Queensland, travel to sites outside the Brisbane Office may be required from time-to-time.
Profile
• Well-developed HR generalist knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge and application of HR practices and Australian industrial relations and employment law.
• Proven ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
• A strong collaborator approach with a proven track record of driving enterprise change through collaboration.
• Prior experience in Not For Profit is desirable but not necessary
