About the Role
There is an outstanding career opportunity for a Principal Consultant to join the Projects and Operations team of our Melbourne office. We are seeking an expert recruiter to bring their extensive knowledge of current market conditions to the table. Plus identify, build, negotiate and close agreements with strategically identified clients, playing a lead role in both maximising on the Davidson major accounts and help build and expand the client base.

Duties

  • Own and deliver the Key Account Management framework across Davidson Project and Operations
  • Proactively scan the local and national market to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation
  • Build strategic alliances through networking across the broader business community
  • Identify and create opportunities to initiate partnerships that will facilitate the achievement of strategic goals
  • Manage allocated key clients across all lines of Project and Operations, own the key stakeholder relationships from engagement to brief
  • Implement and coordinate candidate sourcing and talent pooling plans to maximize quality candidate attraction
  • Lead the team’s growth of our talent pools within core technology disciplines to meet the needs of our highest potential customers
  • Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which is professional, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson Project and Operations.

About you
We are looking for a driven, confident, proactive and resilient professional ideally with 5 years’ experience delivering the best possible results in the Project and Operations Recruitment sector. The successful candidate will have proven ability in maintaining and building strong relationships across multiple accounts, they will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment. We are looking for candidates with commercial acumen, business sense and most importantly an outstanding work-ethic.
