JOB DESCRITION : IT Recruiter
Location: Sydney & Melbourne, Australia
Role and Responsibilities
Candidate with prior experience in hiring in ANZ region
Driven hiring programs in the region
Had good connects in the IT hiring industry
Managed hiring branding program
Co-ordinate with delivery to manage walk-ins and interviews
End to end recruitment activity
Updating recruitment reports
Attends job fairs to recruit potential employees
Assist in doing job postings on Linkedin , Seek , career One
Maintains records of interviews and new hires
Requirements:
Exhibits a professional, confident, and outgoing demeanour
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Demonstrates ability to think analytically and strategically
Demonstrates familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Possesses excellent telephone etiquette
Communicates clearly and effectively in English
Works well with a team
Exhibits strong listening skills
Demonstrates ability to think creatively
Manages time efficiently
Possesses strong writing skills
Must have at least 3 years of recruitment
