Resthaven Inc is a leader within aged care services, currently providing residential and community services as well as retirement living in South Australia. Resthaven is highly respected for the provision of responsive and quality services to older people.
Located at our head office in Wayville and working as an integral member of our Recruitment team, the Recruitment Officer will be responsible for providing an internal recruitment and selection service to Program Managers. This will include the coordination and implementation of various recruitment activities across the organisation including the screening of applicants and participation in interviews.
You will have demonstrated experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment including pre-screening, selection and interviewing. You will also have knowledge of general human resource practices and proficiency with On-Line Recruitment Systems and MS Office Suite. This role requires excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills. Y
You will also have a focus on providing customer–centric service delivery across our program areas. A current driver’s licence is essential for this role.
Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resource related discipline and experience in an internal recruitment role will be viewed favourably.
