As a result of our expanding Australian and New Zealand Client base, we are looking for all levels of Recruiters from Junior's to Senior/Team Lead.
This role is a true 360 Recruiter, someone that can not only support and account manager but have the ambition, drive and confidence to develop their own Client base through business development. A word that these days, seems to strike fear into the minds of some recruiters. We will teach you the skills to not only be successful in signing new Clients but actually enjoy doing so. It’s a fantastic feeling when you make your first placement with a Client you have brought on yourself and even better, the commission you take home.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Source and qualify high calibre Candidates using varying sourcing strategies (Seek/LinkedIn Recruiter/Referrals)
- Manage the selection process and negotiate job offers through to acceptance with all parties
- Proactively manage your own workload to promptly fill Client vacancies
- Develop and nurture relationships with our growing Client and Contractor base
- Research, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
- Keep abreast of industry movements, projects and trends
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will demonstrate willingness to learn, push themselves in order to be successful, be self-motivated and above all, be passionate about what they do with professionalism.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Recruitment or sales (business to business) experience is highly advantageous
- Strong Client facing skills,
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative work style
You will need to be a driven and motivated individual, with passion and pride in what you do. As this will be a Client & Candidate facing role, you will need to be confident and outgoing and able to conduct yourself in a professional and confident manner.
