Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services, and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative professional with strong skills in administration and rostering to join a fast-paced organisation, supporting and representing young Australians. The eheadspace Operations and Roster Administrator will ensure all workforce planning, rostering and various operational and administrative duties for the eheadspace team, are carried out in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.

You will manage a rostering system and ensure that the clinical workforce is equitably and efficiently distributed across available shifts to support excellent service delivery. Adopting a continuous improvement approach, you will contribute to the development, maintenance and refining of systems and processes, and identify and create solutions for operational issues.

headspace is seeking an individual with proven experience in working with and implementing workforce planning systems and the ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly. You will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience with operations administration and rostering. To be successful in this role, you will be proactive and solution focused with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment. Naturally, you will display highly developed organisational and coordination skills, along with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships throughout the organisation.
