- Salary in the range of $129,227 to $141,773 per annum excluding superannuation.

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced senior leader to join our new People & Culture team as Director, HR and IR.
Our newly formed organisation is a result of recent government changes and a refreshed strategic direction for child safety, youth justice and advancing equity and support for women in Queensland. Our place in the organisations life cycle will provide this individual with unique opportunities to provide strategic and tactical advice to senior executives on complex and sensitive issues relating to industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, safety health and wellbeing, talent acquisition, workforce reporting and systems and business partnerships whilst ensuring a solutions focussed approach. You will also be an active member of the People & Culture leadership team.
