About the role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Operations Team Leader to drive and manage the team in Melbourne. This role will suit someone with strong people management experience, highly developed stakeholder management skills and who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Achievement of recruiting targets
- Coaching and mentoring a high performing team
- Providing regular on the job training
- Supporting the management team in ensuring the branch is run effectively and efficiently
- Developing strong relationships with business partners and internal and external stakeholders
- Managing your own candidate portfolio and backup and support of other portfolios within your team
- Managing and delivering on all company standards and policies
To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate:
- Proven ability for achievement of targets and/or operational objectives
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Effective management skills and demonstrated team leadership skills
- The ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
