About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the executive team, you will provide strategic HR leadership and partner with stakeholders to devise and deliver a range of HR initiatives that will create a performance and values based culture.  Your day to day activities will include:

• reviewing, redeveloping and implementing people programs, policies and systems that will enhance performance and culture.
• developing and implementing strategies that will attract and retain employees, drive employee engagement and create a workplace that, by reputation, people want to work
• developing and implementing programs to build people management and leadership capability
• developing and implementing learning programs to build skills
• developing effective remuneration systems that are both equitable and competitive
• utilising workforce data to drive business decisions

About You
As the successful candidate, you are an experienced HR leader who is competent in all aspects of the HR discipline with strengths in organisational and culture development.  You have an enthusiastic, collaborative, results focussed approach and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.  Your experience gained from both commercial and NFP environments will be highly valued.
