Working for a leading NSW State Government agency, this role will support senior recruiters with complex projects for all levels of recruitment, including senior and executive leaders, and has a direct effect on the achievement of business outcomes.
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Government experienced consultant to be an integral member of the recruitment team. Duties will include
- Provide support and correspondence to hiring managers, recruiters and candidates on the recruitment process
- Create Taleo requisitions and general Taleo management
- Coordinate interview and assessment bookings, assisting in the delivery of these initiatives
- Support the management of pre-employment checks, letters of offer and on-boarding processes
- Provide administrative and data control support as required
The candidate:
To be successful in this role, the candidate:
- MUST HAVE public sector Government experience and knowledge of the GSE act
- Confident in using Taleo and SAP
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Driven, hardworking and client service oriented
- Ability to hit the ground running!
