About us
ManpowerGroup and the Australian Defence Force (ADF) work in partnership to recruit Defence personnel for the Army, Navy and Air Force. This collaboration utilises the skills and knowledge of Defence Force personnel & Manpower employees to achieve capability for the ADF.
About the role
Fulltime permanent opportunity available where you will create and execute strategic local and regional marketing plans; source and develop support initiatives to ensure effective implementation of the strategic plans. Utilising event/project management methodology to attract the right candidates at the right time to meet ADF capability needs. Foster relationships with local and regional networks, inclusive of schools, tertiary and vocational education institutions as well as major career expos.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruiting activities and events
• Schedule appropriate planning to ensure that marketing campaigns are implemented to attract the right candidates
• Explore new opportunities and research local events to compliment attraction plans
• Liaise with and build relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinating with Military Careers Promotions Team
• High level of administration
About you
We are looking for someone who is extremely organised with the ability to work in a busy fast paced environment. You will deal with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally so you need to be personable and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
Skills and Experience
• 2 plus years Administration experience
• Previous exposure to marketing, events and/or recruitment – highly desirable
• Ability to communicate with impact
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent problem solving, time management and attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential
• Australian Citizenship
• Be able to obtain and hold a Security Clearance
