What you’ll love about the role:
You will report directly into the Queensland based Group HR Manager, and work closely with the North Coast General Manager. As the HR Business Partner, you will support 21 clinics across the NSW region through the end to end employee lifecycle.
- Working alongside the leaders to provide advice on all HR areas including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement;
- You will support recruitment of technical and clerical staff;
- Coach and mentor leaders to build HR and leadership capability;
- Review and update policies and procedures; and
- Implement HR initiatives and projects in line with the broader people strategy.
*Please note, travel throughout NSW will be required for this role.
What we’ll love about you:
You will be a pragmatic, engaging and personable HR professional that is comfortable in a standalone HR role. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in HR or other relevant area;
- Have worked at both an operational and have experience implementing strategic initiatives;
- Have a commercial approach, with prior experience navigating a business through change; and
- Experience within the healthcare industry would be highly regarded.
