YOU WILL BRING:
- Previous experience in a HR generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience in HR reporting.
- A degree or qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- A friendly and approachable disposition.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- HR query resolution (Resolving tier 2 queries).
- Conducting and managing HR investigations in a confidential manner.
- Provide knowledge and support on IR/ER issues.
- Conduct policy reviews.
- Reporting on HR Initiatives including: leave reporting, IDP, Performance objectives, GPTW, role code realignments, spans and layers compliance.
