Branch Manager - Western Sydney - Recruitment

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced people manager to join Kelly Services Recruitment flagship Industrial & Trades branch based in Western Sydney.

You will lead a large team consisting of 3 Team Leaders, Sales, WHS Specialist and admin support through an exciting time of change and growth.

Your direct management team are highly motivated individuals committed to the businesses success and boast a total of 17 years’ service combined. Kelly Services Western Sydney operations have demonstrated consistent success for many years and enjoy their position as a market leader in the Industrial & Trades space.

Role Info:

Reporting to the Director of Industrial & Trades, the Branch Manager operates and manages the Branch, ensuring that consolidated and individual branch objectives for Profitability, Gross Profit levels, Expense Management, Award & IR/ER issues, Workplace Health and Safety and Share of Market Penetration are met or exceeded.

  • Develop, manage, analyse and review annual budgets and business plans (marketing/sales strategies) for the branch.
  • Ensure that branch sales activities are in line with strategic objectives, budgets, forecasts and plans
  • Recruit, induct, manage and review all new and existing personnel within established benchmarks and HR guidelines.
  • Uphold all branch compliance, documentation and communication as per company practise, policy and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related field desired or equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 years Management experience.
  • Possess excellent business acumen.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with solid fundamental sales skills, including cold calling, business development, negotiating and closing.
  • Effective team player who is also self-directed and achievement driven.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with professional interpersonal skills
  • Experience within the Recruitment arena, looking for next step in career
