Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring consistency through company policies and contracts.
• Driving performance improvement plans with the Management Team.
• Managing special HR Projects.
• Conducting confidential investigations
• Facilitating resolutions for employees.
• Developing new tools to support the HR Function.
• Providing support to leaders with performance management.

The background and skills we will be looking for include:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR.
• Accessibility to travel to the Northern suburbs
• Exposure working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in employee and industrial relations
• Strong knowledge of HR processes gained in a large organisation
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and build a positive work culture.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
