Provide support to the L&D Specialist in regards to everything relating to L&D

Our client is a well-known organisation specialising in the aged care industry.

Description

• Assist with developing L&D programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods, such as classroom training, elearning/LMS, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
• Provide support to the L&D Specialist when training is reviewed and evaluated
• Provide input into the development of the Company’s induction programs and facilitate on the job training for new hires as required
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining elearning/LMS training documents and learning records, information files and processing paperwork

Profile

• Track record of demonstrated success in a similar role
• A demonstrated ability to gain an in-depth understanding of key business issues
• Learning strategies - selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning and teaching
• Competent LMS software, MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
