The opportunity:
We are keen to offer an exceptional PART TIME opportunity to an ambitious Provisionally  Registered Psychologist  who sees their career within Assessment, Selection and Leadership.

You will be exposed to some of Australia's most successful corporate companies and Senior Leadership teams. You will have the capability to execute to high quality standards in a consistent way to produce outcomes. You will use your well-developed interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, internal stakeholders and the stakeholder undertaking the assessment. 

As an Assessment and Capability Coordinator your core responsibilities will include:

• Executing the end-to-end assessment process, resulting in the provision of psychometric assessments for client recruitment and development programs
• Analysing and interpreting psychometric assessments
• Providing written reports based on interpretation of psychometric results
• Undertaking candidate and client feedbacks     
• Account management activity
• Ensuring consistent and high quality execution to meet service level agreements and quality expectations for clients and candidates

You will be:

• A provisionally  registered psychologist  ideally with exposure to assessment administration. or have an interest in or  knowledge across psychometric tools, such as SHL and Saville.
• Confident, energetic and proactive in your approach
• Highly engaging and able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally
• Focused on quality execution
• Adaptable and able to think on your feet and solve problems

Ideally you will have an undergraduate degree in psychology and progressing to an Organisational Psychology Masters.
