Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in Local Government?
The Organisational Performance team oversees the Human Resources, Customer Service and Business Improvement functions within the City of Gosnells.
We're looking for a team player to taking a leading role in undertaking reviews of organisational processes, practices and functions to identify business improvement opportunities.
In addition to this, the successful applicant will:
- Implement process improvement programs throughout the organisation in consultation with business units
- Develop business cases and project management plans
- Lead change management projects
- Provide high level advice and prepare and deliver presentations on business improvement related matters to the Executive Team and wider organization.
The ideal candidate will be innovative and driven when it comes to continuous improvement, with experience in a business improvement or organisational change role being highly regarded.
Essential requirements: Current National Police Clearance and driver’s licence.
Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 (depending on skills and experience)
