What will you do?

Working in close partnership the customer support division of the business, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of customer assistance and administrative roles, averaging volumes of between five to ten roles in one recruitment drive.  Naturally, you will utilise assessment centre and bulk recruitment methodologies to achieve the right results within the right time frames.  Your appointment of the right talent will be integral to feeding the overall succession strategy of the business.


Here’s what it will take:

  • Experience in a volume recruitment role from an in-house environment or on-site agency setting.  
  • A working knowledge of assessment centres/bulk recruitment methodologies.
  • Detail focus. You understand that sometimes a small error can have large ramifications.
  • Customer focus. You have built your credibility with internal customers based on your follow-through, communication, ownership of wins and losses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Openness/creativity. You are generally flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
