Your new company
An opportunity north of the CBD has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a leading government agency. This is a 3-6 month contract with an immediate start date. The role is an end to end position overseeing a client group of approx. 650.
Your new role
In this role you will take ownership of the full HR life cycle, partnering with business leads to advise on and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives through improved leader and employee performance and productivity, supporting the development and delivery of a highly engaged workforce. The role includes strategic advice and support to the respective senior management team members with a strong focus on the critical areas of workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, change management and business improvement. It provides strategic advice to integrate business planning and strategy with cost effective HR planning and regular performance planning and review.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a seasoned HR professional with high credibility levels and experience within a large complex organisation along with a tertiary qualification. Expertise in employee relations and staffing and the ability to support management at an executive level.
