HR Project Specialist - Leadership & Development
Your new company
Working out of the CBD officers this large NSW government Department are seeking a HR Project Specialist with a focus on leadership and strategy for 12 months. This position sits within an exciting reform program which will lead the development and implementation of the new Leadership Framework for the cluster. In the heart of the CBD this large NSW government department based are seeking a HR Project Specialist for 6 months.
Your new role As the Project Specialist you will be part of a reform program which will lead the development and implementation of a new leadership framework.
Key accountabilities:
Undertake a needs analysis relating to leadership culture and capability
Bring an understanding of contemporary and best practice leadership approaches
Develop a draft leadership strategy and manage complex stakeholder consultation
Finalise the strategy and translate into actionable streams of work as required;
Partnering with strategic communications and Learning & Development to deliver the strategy
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess:
Demonstrated project management skills in a HR/People initiatives function
Extensive knowledge and proven work with Leadership and Capability frameworks;
Proven experience working within a large complex organisation undergoing transformation
Demonstrated problem solving, research and analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail, and the ability to pr
provide appropriate, relevant and timely advice, both orally and in writing, to a wide range of stakeholders. Proficient computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
