Position
Expansion sees my client keen to secure an experienced recruitment consultant. You will be joining a team of established recruiters looking to grow to a team of 10 over the next 3 months. This exciting opportunity requires a BD focused recruiter who is keen to secure new business whilst maintaining existing relationships -ultimately increasing your opportunity to earn high commission. If you believe you are one a good 360 recruitment consultant and keen to develop your career, my client can offer you an opportunity that far surpasses just running a desk for one of their competitors; with full support and training you will be able to quickly rise in the company’s ranks to have your own team and build a successful career that will allow global career opportunities.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have IT recruitment experience; however, recruiters from other recruitment industries are advised to apply
- You must be highly motivated, sales driven, with a desire to earn money and be successful
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Personable with good humour is essential
