This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic, people-centric business with a passion for making a difference in customer service. Working within an inclusive and collaborative People & Culture team, you will have input into strategy and exposure to senior executives and the Board.
  
As an experienced HR practitioner, you will develop effective working relationships influencing senior leaders in the development and delivery of people plans to support the business in achieving its commercial goals. These include employee engagement programs, leadership capability development, workforce planning and employee recognition initiatives. You will also have responsibility for managing the day-to-day HR function for your portfolio of business units. Adaptability and capacity to work at a fast pace will be essential to succeed in this business.  

Ideally you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years commercial HR generalist experience, ideally with exposure to a technology environment;
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills;
- Development and delivery of people plans and employee engagement activities;
- Experience outside of the HR function in Operations, Sales or similar is essential;
- Well developed oral and written communication and facilitation skills;
- Strong coaching capability;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
