Description

We invite you to bring your ideas, be innovative, driven, and have some fun whilst you are doing it! The benefits of our Graduate Program include an opportunity to experience a number of different industries whilst working as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant during a rotational schedule. You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring including a dedicated Graduate Manager, key learning and development courses and of course the opportunity to earn a bonus!!!

Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Managing a candidate pool to meet our Client’s needs
• Writing and placing accurate and effective job advertisements in appropriate media.
• Recruitment and Selection of permanent and temporary staff including sourcing, screening and assessment of candidates
• Organising and lodging documentation for pre-employment training, medicals and site induction
• Interacting with clients as required to support Consultants and Branch activity. Attend client visits as required from time to time.
• Performance Management of existing and future casual workforce
• Recruitment administration
• Generating Sales Leads for our Consultants

Profile

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree (within the last 18 months) preferably within Business or Commerce
• Previous experience or a strong interest in sales and customer support
• Team Spirit. Entrepreneurship. Customer Focus. Responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills
• A self-starter, highly motivated and possess excellent organisational skills
• Have Australian working rights
• Able to attend an interview immediately
• Able to start and work full-time from 16th July 2018
