About the Role...
  
Reporting to a delightful HR Manager and as a key member of the HR team, your role as a Human Resources Advisor will be varied and stimulating.

Some of the key responsibilities include;  

• manage internal client/practice groups
• advise and deliver HR programs and processes in conjunction with other members of the HR team
• arrange and manage end to end recruitment
• support and contribute to HR programs and new HR initiatives/projects
• build positive and effective relationships with staff at all levels within the firm
• contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies
• ensure all activities undertaken by HR comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards  

About you....

• 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services
• demonstrate generalist HR experience covering a wide range of HR issues
• possess excellent communication skills at all levels with a strong client service focus
• Strong 'hands on' HR style with the ability to motivate and influence others
• be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities 
• be a team player and have a high level of discretion, integrity and commitment to the company's standards
• demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach

This 12 month contract will allow you to consolidate your HR experience in a positive, supportive and cohesive team. Attractive salary package commensurate with experience.
