We are looking for experienced learning and development professionals to join us in Melbourne or Sydney at Senior Consultant or Director level in the Business Acumen / Strategy Focus space (5-10 years of relevant experience).

What we're looking for:

• We are looking for experienced learning and development professional to join us in Melbourne or Sydney at Senior Consultant or Director level (Business Acumen / Strategy Focus experience)
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a human capital consulting environment; or working in learning and development, leadership development or instructional design; or corporate experience leading teams,
• Excellent communication and confident presentation skills and fluency in English. Knowledge of another language will be looked upon favorably, but is not a requirement,
• Interest in strategy, commercial/business acumen, organizational change, project management and consultative selling; experience in these areas is a plus,
• Executive presence and outstanding facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to synthesise complex information to create effective solutions for clients
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas as needed (~ 1 – 5 days a month)
• And above all – curiosity to understand our clients and how to help them get better results, faster and to help their people to do the best work of their lives

What you’ll do at BTS

• Participate in client interviews with senior business executives to develop an understanding of their company’s key business, people-related and cultural challenges and the levers for driving success
• Design and project manage learning and development programs linked to strategy and business priorities, drawing upon your own skills, knowledge and structured information gathering from key stakeholders within each client
• Design and facilitate workshops and seminars, often to senior executives, to develop leadership capability and other key capabilities necessary to drive success in today’s rapidly changing business environment
• Work in several accounts including helping in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients
• Help clients address needs within their organisation and identify new sales opportunities for BTS
• Collaborate with small internal teams to help design and build customised discovery-based learning solutions
• Work in multiple projects simultaneously with leading clients across varying industries
