The Role
Keen to speak to proven 360 Recruitment Consultants/Senior Recruiters who are currently specialising in placing temporary and permanent white collar Business Support, Accounting or Customer Service role with experience across multiple industries.
You'll benefit from having established key accounts already in place along with a large candidate database to work with to ensure you hit the ground running.
You will be targeting local small to medium companies offering either Perm or Temp recruitment solutions and working closely with hiring managers to ensure they secure the best candidates for their roles.
We are experiencing huge demand for our services and continue to reinvest profits to ensure the business continues to grow; offering continued career progression for dedicated and loyal employees.
The Candidate
- Minimum 18 months recruitment agency experience with a solid track record of achievement in the NSW market - (full market sector training will be given if your looking for a change in sector)
- Must be self motivated and driven with a desire to perform at your best everyday
- Strong desire to succeed with a 'can do' attitude
- Good business acumen - know how to communicate professionally with clients and candidates alike
- Excellent time management/organisational skills essential
- Must enjoy developing and building business relationships as this role does include business development
- Thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same
- Must be comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
