We are seeking an HR Generalist for a role based in the North-East Melbourne area for immediate start for the right candidate! Our client is a Government agency that specialises in the health department and is looking to expand their team.
Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with experience in the Return to Work domain and have the ability to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development - but predominantly the return to work space
Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR and ideally have some exposure to working in a medical field.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training
