Currently at 25 people and with a sterling reputation in the market (check out our google reviews!), we are expanding and are keen to bring an equally passionate, energetic IT Consultant who genuinely loves recruitment into the team. You will have full autonomy in your role to recruit according to your client and candidates needs with progression opportunities on offer! 

We are seeking an IT Recruiter to complement our existing and growing team of IT Sales Consultants, this is your opportunity to leverage from current business relationships and ultimately own the IT portfolio within the business - with progression opportunities on offer! 

As a Keegan Adams Consultant you will:

• Build relationships in your industry with business leaders/hiring managers
• Source candidates through various sourcing methods
• Maintain and utilise the client and candidate database (JobAdder)
• Manage the full recruitment process from taking a job brief and advertising through to interviewing, offer stage and providing advice to the candidate throughout the rest of their career
• Networking in your field of expertise to make sure you always stay ahead of the competition and can offer your clients and candidates genuine and unique insights in the market
• Offer your ideas to the business to ensure we are innovative, forward thinking and adaptable (we love original ideas and our CEO encourages this!)
