We are Vantage Group Global and we are currently looking for an outgoing, friendly and motivated recruiter to join our fast-growing Sales and Marketing Company. You will be based at our Head Office in East Perth, working under the advisory of the Management Team.
  
We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential for this to change later down the track as the role advances and you take on more responsibilities.
  
This is not your typical clock on, clock off job. We are looking for the right person who gives 110% effort and will care as much about our company and the growth of our company as we do.
  
Some of your key responsibilities, and activities you will have the opportunity to participate in will include:

• Ability to research and write advertisements
• Pre-screening and booking candidate appointments.
• Running training sessions and presenting in front of groups, as required.
• Reporting / Analysing data.
• Speaking to potential contractors and clients on the phone

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to move between a variety of roles
• Great phone voice
