Supported by a broader HR generalist team and acting as the conduit between the business and centres of excellence, you will act as a true business partner to the Principals, supporting with all generalist HR activity. From providing advice on employee relations and performance management issues through to workforce planning and career development, you will be the first point of contact for all HR issues.
Alongside the business as usual activity, you will have a strong focus on HR projects within the firm. Acting as the champion for the diversity and inclusion agenda, you will be responsible for driving the gender diversity program, contributing to policies that shape an inclusive work environment. You will also be responsible for leading the health and safety and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that successful applicants have a demonstrable track record of success in an HR Advisory role and are comfortable advising at all levels. A solid understanding of a partnership environment and previous experience within a professional services setting is mandatory.
