The Opportunity
As Senior HR Advisor you will join an engaging team and provide support to the Manager, Remuneration and Senior Appointments in the provision of quality service and advice related to remuneration and senior appointments for a designated client group.
This will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships with key senior stakeholders, coordinating senior staff contracts of employment and providing advice and guidance on remuneration and appointment matters to HR business partners and senior managers.
To be considered, you will have the relevant HR qualifications, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be advanced in Microsoft Office packages. Your outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy will be key to your success in this specialised HR function.
