CSG is a global recruiter specialising in mid to senior appointments. Our track record speaks for itself - delivering high repeat business levels to an enviable list of blue chip clients. Due to the continued growth of our customer base we seek an experienced recruiter from within the Sales & Marketing sector to join our Sydney office.
Relevant previous market experience is advantageous but not a necessity. The role is highly autonomous and suits a recruiter who is self-motivated, can drive their own market plan and does not need KPI’s to deliver against target. As an experienced recruiter, you know what is required to achieve results and how to manage your time most effectively.
CSG is driven by a quality based approach for both candidates and clients. Building and managing a network of high calibre candidates is critical to achieving success. Consultants should be able to leverage our existing networks, clients and contacts in order to develop new market opportunities. Extensive support from both colleagues and Directors is provided to enable consultants to overachieve against targets.
We typically focus on permanent roles and operate with no threshold on billings; commission is paid on all placements with the total amount received ranging from 11 – 20%. You are in full control of your earnings and career at CSG.
With offices in the UK, Dubai and Sydney and with plans to grow into the United States international transfers and secondments are available to stand out performers. Further benefits include extended lunches / late starts for gym attendance and Half Day Fridays on month end.
