Our client is a rapidly growing but highly accomplished company with a strong footprint in its industry. As part of this innovative and progressive company's massive growth, they are keen to appoint a HR Manager to take on the responsibility for establishing and managing the HR function for all 150+ staff.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Excellent delivery and management of all HR services and operations
  • Effectively promote, engage and deliver training and development programs
  • Review employment and HR processes and recommend revisions to enhance operations
  • Provide advice and support to managers
  • An ability to be both strategic & hands on
  • Be experienced in setting up an HR policy environment from scratch
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and implementing HR practice guidance and HR strategy
  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding
  • Train senior management on monitoring staff KPI's & evaluating performance 
  • Working closesly with management to identify and resolve HR issues
  • Training staff to improve business effectiveness and ensuring compliance with workplace legislation
