Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role is responsible for:

• End-to-end recruitment activities in alignment with the people talent strategy, from working with line managers to take detailed job briefs, to ensuring a first-class onboarding experience.
• Attract, source and identify talent within the Data Software area of IT. 
• Assisting with Talent Acquisition projects including Employee Branding, EVP creation, Graduate pipelining and increasing social media presence.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and expectations, supporting leaders through the recruitment process and advising on market conditions.

To be successful for this role, it is important to have a proven background in internal or agency IT recruitment across a variety of roles with an emphasis on Data Software. You will bring experience and passion for sourcing great talent and placing them in the right roles, good knowledge of technical IT skills and an energy to continue to grow your network within the IT industry. A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline would be highly advantageous. For an enthusiastic, analytical and team-focused individual, this role would be highly rewarding.
