An exciting opportunity exists for a Recruitment & HR Advisor to join a fast paced and agile team at South Brisbane. This company leads the way in their field, and are a multinational corporation in the recycling industry.
Your new role
This role will have a focus on recruitment to begin, as you will be integral in helping set up the Brisbane operations following the success of New South Wales and Victoria. After all recruitment campaigns have been finalised, the role will have a true focus on generalist HR activities.
- End to end recruitment - mostly blue collar, manufacturing and productions roles;
- Attraction and selection - advertising on relevant job boards, telephone screening, interviewing, onboarding and inductions;
- Provide sound knowledge and advice around recruitment and HR matters, including employment relations matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment, and some exposure to generalist HR duties. A motivated and self-staring attitude is a must, as this role will require autonomy and thinking on your feet. A background in recycling, manufacturing or similar industries would come highly regarded.
