My client is seeking a professional HR generalist to join their shared services function based in the Nor West area of Sydney. You will be required to assist with the day to day HR responsibilities. To be successful you will be a passionate HR professional with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts and offer letters
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • First POC for HR queries
  • Screening, scheduling interviews and reference checking
  • Liaising and providing information to payroll for new starters (superannuation, payment details, etc.)
  • Other ad hoc HR administration and project work

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR coordinator role
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
