My client is a growing, professional, full service event management agency based just south of Sydney and due to expansion they are seeking the right person to fit into their small team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career with this company who offer hands-on creative direction, inspiration and seamless management for corporate and special events Australia-wide.
You will need to have event agency experience in the special events industry. This means having worked before in an event agency environment servicing corporate clients. You MUST be able to confidently account manage clients as well as have a proven record of managing small, medium and large-scale events working with a team.
Multi-city road shows, conferences, leadership forums, transformation events, special events, product launches and media events are the core of my clients' business and they have extensive experience working with leading national and multi-national brands.
The role requires someone who has Sydney experience who can come in and hit the ground running with a minimum of fuss. You will have at least 3 years experience in helping manage corporate and private events in the Sydney market and have a full understanding of what it takes to deliver an event from start to finish. You understand event hours, run sheets, you work hard, are prepared to do what it takes to get the job done and have fun while doing it with a good attitude.
Your high levels of motivation and genuine desire to contribute will enable you to manage the day-to-day organisation of events with ease and build client relationships along the way. You're someone who believes in striving to achieve great things and who understands that sales make businesses tick.
You will also have the opportunity to learn from two of the most dynamic and exciting business owners in the industry today and be given the autonomy to use your own creative ideas and interpretations.
This will be an immediate start for the right person. You will need a car and a license, outstanding attention to detail, excellent computer skills, graphic software programmes (Adobe Creative Suite) an advantage.
