The role:
Conference production is often described as the 'marriage' of journalism, communications, and events. With your finger always on the pulse and ear to the ground, good producers research, produce timely, relevant industry events based on current affairs and industry needs.
This position is ideal for a talented conference producer with 1 - 2 years conference production experience looking to establish their career in a collaborative, fun and growing business intelligence company.
You will be responsible for developing topics and conference programmes in accordance with industry needs and trends.
You will also be responsible for project management and overall quality management of your conference programmes.
For the right candidate, there will also be an opportunity to grow into a portfolio management role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop commercially viable conferences based on in-depth industry research
- Identify new and interesting trends in a variety of industries
- Topic generation and ideation based on market needs
- Project manage and oversee events
- Communicate effectively with interdepartmental teams and external stakeholders
- Develop marketing content to support sales and marketing campaigns
- Analysing data regarding past attendees patterns and preferences
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in production, communication or events
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong research and content generation skills
- Reliable and able to take initiative while multitasking
