We have a vibrant office on the Yarra in Abbotsford (Melbourne) and an awesome office in WeWork Pyrmont (Sydney).

Social Garden Group requires a Senior Account Manager to lead our key property clients.  This person must have at least two years experience working in the property marketing industry, either agency or client side.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting our enterprise (80% property and 20% other markets) clients in generating revenue through the use of digital advertising (predominantly social media advertising), customer experience, conversion rate optimisation.

Work with property clients across all key residential sectors (greenfield land, apartments, medium density and volume home builders)

  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns targeting all key market sectors (first home buyers, upgraders downsizers and investors)
  • Develop marketing solutions to produce results at all stages of the property market cycle and project stage
  • Work closely with our production team to optimise campaigns and provide analysis to clients
  • Mentor and support junior account executives and strategists
  • Work with management to develop and optimise client strategy
  • Consistently achieve revenue management targets
  • Drive business development strategy and processes to achieve revenue management targets

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • This person must have at least four years experience working in the property marketing industry, either agency or client side.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns (with strong focus on digital strategy)
  • Experience managing large budgets ($1million+)
  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
  • Experience working with the marketing cloud - Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce or similar (preferred, not essential)
  • A minimum 4 years experience working in a senior level sales/strategy role with enterprise accounts (or equivalent client side experience)
  • A minimum 4 years working in an enterprise marketing environment
