Seeking an exceptional AD with a commercial mindset to co-lead a bunch of new and existing accounts.
Inner west location, great team, dream opportunity to work in a boutique agency

This senior consultative role and would appeal to someone who has B2B and B2C experience across a suite of industries.

This is a senior role so 6 + years account management experience is needed and  Agency experience would be desirable, or experience with a publisher.

If you have worked your way up the ranks and can't see any further growth in your current role then this could be the opportunity for you.
  
This is a hands-on hybrid role where no task is too small. 
  
Looking for someone who is energetic and passionate about delivering success to clients and holds experience in Marketing and Communications, integrative campaigns and crafting thought leadership strategies.

You will need the gravitas to build relationships with ease with internal and external stakeholders of all levels throughout the business and work collaboratively within a team and also in an autonomous fashion.

You will have the natural ability to.

• Inspire and engage and drive a team to work effectively and productively to deadlines.
• Offer strategic insights to help educate senior clients on where their business can go 
• Have sound digital knowledge 
• End to end account management
• Retain clients and seek out new opportunities.
• Be a remarkable presenter/educator with strong writing skills and the knowledge and expertise that agency account management can bring 
• Integrated and digital campaigns experience.
• Social and content experience and knowledge 
• 5 years in Industry and wanting to step into an AD or SAD position.
