We are currently seeking an experienced ENG Camera Operator/Editor for our WIN Local News service based in Bundaberg.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for the shooting of high quality vision for news and local updates, as well as editing of material for news presentation. You will liaise with Journalists to ensure the nightly News bulletin meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Skills/Qualifications

• At least one year demonstrated ENG skills in both camera operating and editing
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to operate productively in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships
• Ability to contribute ideas, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility
• Demonstrated positive work ethic, and ability and willingness to learn new systems
• High level of creativity with the flair to ‘see’ a news story
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Effective oral and written capacity
• Unrestricted drivers licence essential
