The Product Manager is a key position encompassing end-to-end responsibility for delivering the Business Products roadmap, Product Profitability, Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Pricing and Product Positioning.

Key accountabilities:

• To develop and execute product portfolio by product planning, development, execution and management throughout the product life-cycle
• Identify and select compelling services from existing and future portfolio / infrastructure
• Ensure these services are integrated and launched effectively to our customers
• Develop strong relationships and ensure full support from a broad range of internal stakeholders throughout service and product development
• Working cross-functionally with the teams to identify joint opportunities and new market-led technologies
• Develop a thorough understanding of Product, Service and pricing strategies and explore innovative options to create value added services.
• Develop full business cases, recommendations and delivery plans for selected area
• Manage the product development roadmap and delivery plan using internal/external resources

Knowledge & Experience:

• Demonstrable track record of successfully identifying and launching products
• Business planning and commercial modelling experience
• Commercial negotiation and vendor management
• Passion for innovation
• Highly motivated, self-starter & motivates others
• Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Adept at working at a management level both within and outside the company
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse situations from multiple perspectives
• Extensive experience in the IT/Telecommunication/Service Delivery industry
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Bachelor of Business, Economics, Marketing, Technology or Engineering required
• Writing skills – Ability to draft documentation suitable for Board level
• Good PC and Software Skills in Microsoft Office
